Buy & Sell Guidelines in Posting

Here are the preliminary guidelines in posting under Buy & Sell section. Please read them carefully before creating and/or posting in a thread:

Format for Posting On the Buy & Sell Threads:

SELLING: Item(s) For Sale

OR

TRADING: Item(s) For Trade

OR

SELLING/TRADING: Item(s) For Sale/Trade


OR

BUYING: Item(s) To Buy

OR

BUYING/TRADING (Items(s) To Buy/Trade

OR

SWAPPING: Item(s) For Swapping

OR

SELLING/SWAPPING: Item(s) For Selling/Swapping

OR

BUYING/SWAPPING: Item(s) To Buy/Swap

OR

ACCEPT SERVICES: Kind of Services Being Offered

OR

FOR HIRE: Kind of Item Offered for Hire

Always remember to CATEGORIZE your item as to:

1. Music, Movies & Books - Includes music & movie stuff such as DVDs, CDs, LPs, 45s, 12s, songbooks, lyric/music sheets, hardbounds, softbounds, comics, fanmags, etc.
2. Computer & Office - Includes computer and office stuff such as complete computer systems, monitors, CPUs, hard drives, computer/office furnitures & equipments, etc.
3. Consumer & Electronics - Includes consumer & electronic gadgets such as household appliances, lighting devices, security devices, paints & other construction needs, etc.
4. Clothing & Accessories - Includes clothing, accessories, apparels, perfumes, facial kits, spa services, parlor services, etc.
5. Everthing Eles - All the rest that does not fall in any of the above categories.


Basic Rules for Buy & Sell Section
1. Create only legitimate BUY & SELL topics. Spams will be deleted at once.
2. If the thread's transaction was already consumated, the thread starter should acknowledge and post a reply that the item was already sold or bought. This will prompt the moderators to take action on the thread to close it.
3. Closed threads will be deleted after one (1) month.
4. Thread starter will be allowed to bump a thread created on a weekly basis, but should it remain unresponded a notice of closure will be posted by the moderator after three (3) months. If the thread was closed and the thread starter wanted to re-open the thread, he/she may do so by giving a valid reason to the moderator why his/her thread should be opened.
5. After careful assessment, the decision of the moderator to disallow a thread from reopening will be final and non-negotiable.
6. PLEASE POST RELEVANT TOPICS INVOLVING BUY & SELL ONLY.

Replies/Comments for the Classified Ads section are DISABLED. Only the thread starter are allowed to post a comment for allowed thread bumping or updating. Interested parties can PM the thread starter for issues/queries/concerns about the advertisement.
