Prayer for Healing from Stress and anxiety

Jesus, please help me deal with the stress in my life. I feel pressure from every direction and don’t know what to do. You must have felt great stress and pressure from the crowds that gathered around You. They made demands of You and I’m certain You grew weary –just as I do. Help me to sort through the activities of my life, letting go of what is unimportant. Teach me how to capture moments of solitude to relax and refresh my body, mind, and soul. I want to bring your love and compassion to others but, right now, I am tired , anxious, and stressed, Jesus, rescue me, because I am like a lamb who has become lost in the brambles of life. Hold me in Your loving arms. Restore me to peace and hope. Amen.
